The twenty-fourth annual Sacred Harp singing at Oxford City Hall was called to order by Warren Steel leading 48t. Mark Davis offered the morning prayer. Mark Tew led 108t and 139.

A memorial lesson was held for singers and loved ones departed in the past year. Leon Ballinger and Max Berueffy led 424 in memory of: Lavaughn Ballinger, Alonzo Malone, and Bruce Randolph. Mark Tew led 285t in memory of W.T. Wortham and Walter Wade. Earl Ballinger closed the memorial with prayer.
