The New York State Regional Singing met at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Kingston, New York. Steven Bloyd led the morning prayer. Chairman Jim Ulrich welcomed everyone and called the singing to order by leading songs on pages 496 and 155.

The class was dismissed with prayer led by Steven Bloyd.
