The James River Convention met at St. Giles Church in the Art Gallery in Richmond, Virginia, on the first Saturday in November. The class was called to order by Matt Ference leading 102. Sandra Polaski offered the opening prayer.

A business meeting was held and the following officers and committee members were elected or appointed to serve: Chair—McEver Dugan; Vice Chair—Adrienne Robertson; Secretary—Jordan Albright; Treasurer—Lois Badey; Arranging committee—Pat Temple and Matt Robertson; Chaplin—Sandra Polaski. The business session was closed.
