The annual Sacred Harp singing was held at Edwardsville Baptist Church, Edwardsville, Alabama, on the first Sunday in April. Cecil Roberts called the class together leading 30t and offering the morning prayer. Cecil Roberts welcomed the singers and visitors to the singing, and then led 49t. RECESS
Cecil Roberts called the class back to order leading 37t (in memory of his friend Jerry Gilbert). Leaders: Glenda Collins 292; Glenda Collins and Judy Chambless 454 (in memory of Virginia Dyer); Judy Chambless 34t; Winfred Kerr 146, 99; Erin Fulton 88b, 142; Robert Chambless 145b, 354b.
In a business meeting the following officers were elected: Chairman—Cecil Roberts; Vice Chairman—Glenda Collins; Secretary—Judy Chambless. Erin Fulton gave the memorial lesson quoting from Amos and also talking about 34t and the verses not in the Sacred Harp. She led 270 for the following sick and shut-ins: Joyce Walton, Nate Green, and Jack Nelson. She led 45t in memory of the following deceased: Jerry Gilbert, William Futral, Virginia Futral, Henry Guthrey, Beverly Thompson, Pauline Oliver, and William Ralph Paris. Erin Fulton closed the memorial lesson with prayer.

Glenda Collins brought the class back to order leading 32t.
