The annual Sacred Harp singing was held at Old Harmony Primitive Baptist Church on the third Sunday in April. The class was called to order by Winfred Kerr leading 59 and 31t. The morning prayer was offered by Cecil Roberts. Leaders: Robert Chambless 122, 235; Cecil Roberts 49t, 49b; Bert Collins 97, 142; Oscar McGuire 129, 34b; Judy Chambless 426t, 108t; Glenda Collins 32t, 63; Ann Simpson 378t, 274t.

RECESS

Winfred Kerr brought the class back to order leading 47b and 47t. Leaders: Robert Chambless 46, 163b; Bert Collins 340, 35; Tina Lett and Oscar McGuire 146, 445; Cecil Roberts 284, 58; Oscar McGuire 229, 57. Cecil Roberts gave the memorial lesson remembering the deceased (Steven McElroy, Lois Bowman, and Rebecca Over) and the sick and shut-ins (Jack Nelson, Barbara Brooks, Virginia Dyer, and Philip Denney). Winfred Kerr brought the class back to order leading 89.
