The 58th session of the Lillian Calvert and Irene Woodley Memorial Singing held at Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church, Boldo, Alabama, was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Danny Creel leading 155. The opening prayer was offered by Henry Guthery.

A business session was held and the following officers were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Yancey Jett; Secretary—Wanda Capps; Arranging Officer—Cindy Tanner.
