The 39th session of the Wakefield Memorial Sacred Harp singing was called to order by Travis Keeton leading 75. Richard Mauldin offered the morning prayer. Travis Keeton led 99.

A business session was held with the following officers elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Richard Mauldin; Vice Chairman—Travis Keeton; Secretary—Josie Hyde; Arranging Committee—Julie Poston and Betty Baccus.
