The twenty-fourth annual Seed and Feed Sacred Harp Singing was held on Saturday before the fourth Sunday in October at Embry Hills Methodist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. The class was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by John Plunkett leading song on page 49t. Bryan Black led the opening prayer. A business session was held with the following officers elected or appointed: Chairperson—Helen Bryson; Vice Chairman—Andy Morse; Secretary—Laura Akerman; Memorial Committee—John Plunkett and Jeannette DePoy; Finance—Don Bowen and Andy Anderson; Arranging—Kelly Morris and Doug Allison; Locating—Bryan Black.

RECESS

The class resumed singing with Andy Morse leading song on page 480. John Plunkett presented the memorial lesson and led songs on pages 145 (t? b?) and 61 for the deceased. Those remembered were: Jack Smith, Vedie Touchstone, Dollie Hudgins, Karen House, and Harold White.

Jeannette DePoy remembered the shut-ins and led song on page 566 for: Mozelle Sheppard, Charlotte Allison, Revy Williamson, Gladys McGraw, and Roy Morse. Bryan Black closed the memorial with prayer.
