The twelfth annual New York State Convention was held at the Bethel Grove Community Building, Ithaca, New York, on Friday and Saturday before the third Sunday in October. The Friday evening session was called to order by Eric Bean leading song on page 34b.

Bernard Collard of the United Kingdom gave the memorial lesson and told an intriguing story illustrating the importance of death as a way out of this world and into the next.
