The nineteenth annual Sacred Harp singing at Oxford City Hall was called to order by Warren Steel leading songs on pages 138b and 48t. John Van Horn led the morning prayer. Mark Tew led songs on pages 339 and 406.

The class organized with the following officers elected or appointed: Chairman—Warren Steel; Vice Chairman—Mark Tew; Secretary—Anne Steel; Arranging Committee—Regina Glass and Mae Conwill.
