The annual Sacred Harp singing at Shady Grove Primitive Baptist Church was held on the first Sunday in January. The class was called to order by Glenn Keeton leading 64. The morning prayer was offered by Danny Creel.

The class was organized by electing or appointing the following officers to serve: Chairman—Glenn Keeton; Vice Chairman—Nicholas Thompson; Secretary—Roma Rice; Arranging—Lisa Geist.
