The 4th annual Santa Cruz All-Day Singing was held at Garfield Park Community Church in Santa Cruz, California. Janet Herman called the class together leading 171. Dan Harper offered the opening prayer.

In a business meeting, the Treasurer reported expenses had been met, and the Secretary reported twenty-six singers sang seventy-three songs led by seventeen leaders. The chairman thanked all those who made the singing possible. She informed the class that Garfield Park Community Church is being sold, and expressed sadness that next year’s singing must be held at another venue. The class unanimously approved the resolution to meet again on Saturday before the third Sunday in September, 2018.
