The 103rd session of the Walker County Sacred Harp Singing Convention was called to order by Glenn Keeton leading 31b. Jim Aaron offered the morning prayer. Nicholas Thompson then led 30b in memory of the following deceased: Caleb Allred, Gravis Ballinger, Toney Smith, Lavoy Smith, Kenneth Fannin, Levon Wootten—Alabama; B.M. Smith and Hugh McGraw—Georgia. The memorial lesson was closed with prayer.
