The annual Decoration Day Sacred Harp singing was held at Old Flatwoods Primitive Baptist Church on the second Sunday in May. Jimmie Gilmore called the class to order by leading 32t. The morning prayer was offered by Ryan Gilmore.
After welcoming comments, the class organized by electing or appointing the following officers: Co-Chairpersons—Jimmie Gilmore and Don Keeton; Secretary—Lena Keeton; Arranging Officer—Seth Holloway.
