The annual Cherry Tree Singing was held at James Creek Primitive Baptist Church in Itawamba County, Mississippi, on the fourth Sunday in July. The class was called to order by Dale Kennedy and Matthew Cook leading 124. The morning prayer was offered by Dale Kennedy.

The following officers were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Dale Kennedy; Secretary—Betty Baccus.

Dale Kennedy made the announcement that this singing will be discontinued for now with a possibility of starting it back at a later date as a Saturday singing.

Dale Kennedy offered the closing prayer, and the class was dismissed.
