The Clear Creek Convention West Sacred Harp singing met at Pleasant Hill Church (Johnson School House) on the first Sunday in September. Travis Keeton called the class to order and led song on page 48t. Harrison Creel offered the morning prayer. Travis Keeton led song on page 142.

At this time Chairman Max Berueffy reminded the congregation that this convention was a moveable convention. Since no one called for the singing, the convention will be held again in 2003 at Pleasant Hill Church (Johnson School House) on the first Sunday in September.
