The 108th session of the Calhoun County Convention and the 156th session of the Boiling Springs Convention was held at Oak Hill Baptist Church on the second Sunday in November. The class was called together by Cecil Roberts leading 45t and 68b. The morning prayer was offered by Barbara Brooks. RECESS
Cecil Roberts called the class back together leading 37b and 76b. A business session was held and the following officers elected: Chairman—Cecil Roberts; Vice Chairman—Bert Collins; Secretary—Barbara Brooks. The class of singers has voted to see if the Boiling Springs Convention might be returned to Mt. Zion at Ashland, Alabama. Leaders: Winfred Kerr 225t; Oscar McGuire 503; Ann Simpson 388.
Cecil Roberts, Bert Collins, and Barbara Brooks led 138b as the closing song. The closing prayer was offered by Judy Chambless.
