The annual Hugh Bill McGuire Memorial Sacred Harp singing (formerly held at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church) was held at the Pontotoc Electric Power Association (Pepa) meeting room in Bruce. Henry McGuire called the session to order at 10:00 a.m. leading 72b. Earl Ballinger offered the morning prayer. Henry McGuire then led 212, and appointed Warren Steel to the office of secretary and Nicholas Thompson to make arrangements.
