The 20th annual Los Angeles Regional Sacred Harp Singing was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by John Rand leading 291. Al Grindon offered the opening prayer.

A business meeting was held and the following officers were elected: Chairman—Robyn Hansen; Vice Chairman—Jeff Begly; Treasurer—Duncan MacLeod; Secretary—Larry Arnstein.

A business meeting was held to hear reports. Expenses were met. Seventy-five songs were led by forty-one leaders, some for the first time. Thirty-three other singers submitted registration cards, but did not lead. Resolutions were read.
