The annual Sacred Harp singing at Old Harmony Baptist Church was held on the third Sunday in April. The class was called to order by Stanley Edwards leading 60. Cecil Roberts offered the morning prayer. Stanley Edwards led 42. Charlene Wallace led 77t and 101t.

A business session was held with the following officers elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Stanley Edwards; Vice Chairman—Cecil Roberts; Secretary—Mary Jo Shafer; Arranging Committee—Judy Chambless.

Jeff Sheppard led 503 for the following deceased: Billie Joe Harris, Gladys McGraw, Reby Stanford, Elder Homer Benefield, Felton Denney, Corene Laminack, Julian Murphy, Tom Muyerby, Milton Oliver, and Marvin Vaughn. Cecil Roberts offered prayer to close the memorial lesson.
