The twelfth session of the Birthday Singing on Friday night before the second Sunday in April was held at Antioch Baptist Church. The class was called together by Johnny Wright leading 59. Everette Ellis offered the opening prayer.

The class sang “Happy Birthday” to honorees Mildred Johnson (age 95) and Homer Benefield. Johnny Wright led 146, and the class was dismissed with David Ginn, pastor, blessing the food for the evening meal.

Johnny Wright and the “Cross Ties” played and sang during the break, and invited everyone to stay after the singing to listen while they rehearsed for Sunday.
