The annual Sacred Harp singing held at Friendship Church on the fourth Sunday in April was called to order by Kenneth Tate leading 145t. Harrison Creel offered the morning prayer.

The class organized for the day and voted to retain the following officers: Chairman—Kenneth Tate; Vice Chairman—Travis Keeton; Secretary—Josie Hyde; Arranging Committee—Ivalene Donaldson.
