The nineteenth annual Sacred Harp singing was held in Cowden Hall at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas on Saturday before the fourth Sunday in January. This is the twelfth year that the “1991 Revision of The Sacred Harp” has been used, and it was an excellent singing with 90 in attendance. Dr. David Music called the morning session to order at 9:35 a.m. and led 59. Father Ronald Baker offered the morning prayer.

After a welcome to all singers and opening comments, Dr. David Music recognized Dr. Timothy Studstill as the new director of the Arranging Committee and Katrina Elsea and Michelle Lyons as Secretaries.

Dr. Timothy Studstill introduced June Melton with Pilgrim Productions who was present to record the singing and make it available online at http://www.pilgrimproduction.net/.
