Jim Fields opened with a brief singing school, and led song on page 29t. Bill Hogan gave the opening prayer.

Jim Fields called the class back with song on page 85.

A memorial lesson was held. Bill Hogan led song on page 480 for the deceased: Susan Fitch and Jim Brock—Louisiana; Gladys Harden, Eula Johnson, and Tommye Denson Mauldin—Alabama. Jim Fields led 155 for the sick and shut-ins: Donnie McGraw and Delorese Lee—Georgia; Bill Green—Alabama; the father of Ester Mann—Mississippi.

There was a brief discussion about moving the singing, since Jim and Virginia Fields are moving to Arkansas and the remaining officers are from New Orleans. Wanda Gregg agreed to approach the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary about holding it there. Jim Fields closed the singing leading song on page 339, and the class was dismissed.
