The 53rd session of the annual Sacred Harp singing in memory of Ganus Wakefield, Gene Wakefield, Clifford Wakefield, Cecil Wakefield, Wilford Wakefield, and Wendell Wakefield was held on the third Sunday in November at the Natural Bridge Community Center. Song selections were from the 1991 Edition of the Sacred Harp.

The class was called to order by Glenn Keeton leading 59. Ken Tate offered the opening prayer.

A business session was held and the following officers were elected or appointed to serve; Chairman—Glenn Keeton; Vice Chairman—Butch White; Secretary—Lisa Geist; Arranging—Amber Davis.
