The 147th annual session of the Calhoun County Sacred Harp Musical Association convened at Mount Herman Primitive Baptist Church near Vardaman, Mississippi. President Drew McGuire called the class to order leading the song on page 32t. Arlon Gardner offered the morning prayer. Drew McGuire then led 147t. Lisa Geist and Nicholas Thompson served as the Arranging Committee.

After a plentiful and delicious lunch, President Drew McGuire restored order and led 131b. In a business session, Drew McGuire was retained as President, and Warren Steel was appointed Secretary-Treasurer. The Executive Committee thanked the people of Mount Herman for their hospitality, and reported that the Association agreed to meet again at Mount Herman in 2026 on the Saturday before the second Sunday in August with a start time of 10:00 a.m. It was announced that the State Convention would be the fourth Sunday and Saturday before in August at Antioch Church, Scott County, Mississippi. A singing will also be held at Taylor Methodist Church in Lafayette County on Saturday before the second Sunday in October. Following announcements, Drew McGuire led 62 as the closing song. Arlon Gardner dismissed the convention with prayer.
