The James River Convention met at St. Giles Church in the Art Gallery in Richmond, Virginia, on the first Saturday in November. The class was called to order by Matt Ference leading 312b. Sandra Polaski offered the opening prayer.

A business meeting was held and the following officers and committee members were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Matt Ference; Vice Chairman—Adrienne Robertson; Secretary—Jordan Albright; Treasurer—Jordan Albright; Arranging Committee—Richard Vinson and Adrienne Robertson. The business session was closed.
