Minutes of Sacred Harp Singings

The annual Alewine, Laminack, and Stephen McElroy Memorial singing was held on the fourth Sunday in April at St. Michael Lutheran Church north of Muscadine, Cleburne County, Alabama. Cecil Roberts called the class to order leading 49t. Cecil Roberts welcomed the visitors and singers to the singing and offered the morning prayer. In a business meeting the following officers were elected: Chairman—Cecil Roberts; Vice Chairman—Bert Collins; Secretary—Judy Chambless.
