The annual Sacred Harp singing at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia, was held on the third Sunday in February. The class was called to order by Myron House, who welcomed everyone, then led 59. Henry Johnson offered the morning prayer.

He led 317 for the following sick and shut-ins: Lonnie Rogers, Carlene Griffin, Nick Griffin, Teenie Moody, Lois Bowman, Jeff Sheppard, Shelbie Sheppard, Susan Soucy, Bud Oliver, Sammie Oliver, and Josephine Denney. Blake Sisemore closed the memorial lesson with prayer.
