Jessica Harris and John Kelso were married at Holly Springs Primitive Baptist Church on the morning of September 21, 2013. Friends sang the following songs from The Sacred Harp: 472 during the processional, 207 as John and Jessica took communion, and 56t during the recessional. After the ceremony, guests gathered outside for dinner on the grounds. Following the meal, newlyweds Jessica and John brought their guests and the singing class to order leading 33b. Best man Daniel Bass offered an opening prayer. Jessica and John led 48t. Jesse P. Karlsberg gave a brief singing school lesson.
