The Winston County Sacred Harp Singing Convention was held on the fourth Sunday in September. The class was called to order by Mike Hankins leading 49t. The morning prayer was offered by Butch White.
The class was organized by electing or appointing the following officers: Chairman—Mike Hankins; Vice Chairman—Butch White; Secretary—Roma Rice; Arranging—Lisa Geist.

The afternoon session began with Butch White leading 52t. In a business session, it was proposed to the class that the singing that is held on the third Sunday in March at the Log House be moved back to Shady Grove. The class voted on the proposition, and it passed with no opposition. The Godsey Sisters and Sandra Spradlin Memorial will be held at Shady Grove on the third Sunday in March, 2024. The business meeting was closed.
Mike Hankins led 267 as the closing song. He offered the closing prayer, and the class was dismissed.
