In lieu of the 33rd All-California Sacred Harp Singing Convention, scheduled for the third Sunday and Saturday before in January, an abbreviated singing was held outdoors. The convention was canceled due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, omicron edition. After attendees’ vaccination status was verified and rapid Covid tests made available, the singing began with Leigh Cooper leading 32t. Joel Chan offered the opening prayer.
