Ohio State Convention

March 6-7, 2021

The 29th annual Ohio State Convention was canceled due to the continuing pandemic. In lieu of our gathering for a memorial lesson, we would ask you to remember the following who have died since our last convention with a song of your choice: David (Chug) Hillman Beasley, Dr. Charles Alexander Isbell, Mary Ruth Stiefel, Bill Windom—Alabama; Ross Miller, Dr. John F. Schaeffer—Florida; Richard L. DeLong—Georgia; Becky Thomas—Illinois; Barbara Jean Grossman, Jonathan Pickow, Tierre Quantrell Williams—Kentucky; Bill Beverly—Michigan; Henri Morton H. Whitman—Missouri; Shane Voegele, Laura Weber, John Wills—Ohio. The Columbus Sacred Harp Singers hope to resume the Ohio Convention in 2022. Officers from the 2020 Ohio Convention shall remain in place until the next Ohio Convention business session can be held.
