The 3rd annual Old Washington Sacred Harp Singing met at Washington Methodist Church in Washington, Arkansas. Dan Brittain led 31b (CB). Andrew Albers offered the opening prayer. It was agreed that the following officers would serve: Chairman—Dan Brittain; Secretary—Gaylon Powell; Chaplain—Rev. Keenan Williams.
