The 5th annual Baltimore/Washington Shenandoah Harmony All-Day Singing was called to order at 10:00 a.m. at the Women’s Club of Arlington by Josh Barnett, who welcomed the singers and led 17. All song selections are from The Shenandoah Harmony. Matt Roberts led 1b, and then offered the opening prayer.
