The 3rd annual session of the Elmore County Convention was held at the First Presbyterian Church, Wetumpka, Alabama, on Saturday before the third Sunday in November. Bill Hogan led 171 and 36b, followed by welcome and opening prayer by Rev. Jonathan Yarboro.

The following officers were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Bill Hogan; Secretary—Nancy Hogan; Arranging Committee—Tommy Spurlock.
