The 9th Minnesota Midwinter Cooper Book Singing was held on Saturday before the second Sunday in February at Virginia Street Swedenborgian Church in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Bill Waddington called the class to order leading 82t. Kit Canright offered the opening prayer. Pastor Eric Hoffman welcomed the class to Virginia Street Church.

Bill Waddington led 146 as the closing song, while those who wished took the parting hand. Paul Figura offered the closing prayer, and the class was dismissed.
