The Baldwin County Singing Convention was held at City Hall in Bay Minette, Alabama on the fourth Sunday and Saturday before in January. Cindy Franklin paid tribute and spoke of this service as a “Celebration Service” to our deceased singers, and for those who are sick and shut-in. Cindy’s service gave great meaning for all of our loved singers that were not with us. Edith Tate and Ginny Whitworth both led a song in memory of our deceased singers and our sick and shut-ins.
