Crossroads Church Memorial Singing

The 45th session of the Crossroads Church Memorial Sacred Harp singing was held on Saturday night before the third Sunday in November. Cecil Roberts called the class to order leading 60. Eschol Hughes offered the opening prayer. Cecil Roberts welcomed everyone, and then led 75.

Leaders: Miranel Swafford 155; Donna Bell 186, 503.

A business session was held with the following officers elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Hayden Arp; Vice Chairman—Cecil Roberts; Secretary—Donna Bell; Arranging Officer—Margie Smith. The class voted to eliminate buying minutes books in the future for this singing and to pay $15.00 to have the minutes printed in the book. The remaining money will be donated to the church.

Following announcements, Hayden Arp led 46 as the closing song. The closing prayer was offered by Eschol Hughes, and the class was dismissed.
