A special singing held in conjunction with a singing school and screening of Awake, My Soul at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy in Melbourne, Florida, was brought to order by Jesse Pearlman Karlsberg leading 49t. Marvin Reeves offered the opening prayer. Jesse Pearlman Karlsberg welcomed the class, and described the format of an all-day singing.

No business session was held, the following officers having been appointed prior to the singing: Chairman and Secretary—Jesse Pearlman Karlsberg; Vice Chairman—Matt Hinton.
