The annual Decoration Day Sacred Harp singing at Cane Creek Primitive Baptist Church was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Stanley Edwards leading 60. The opening prayer was offered by Elder Lewis Norton.

A business session was held with the following officers elected or appointed to serve: Chairperson—Glenda Collins; Vice Chairperson—Stanley Edwards; Secretary—Hester Edwards; Arranging Committee—Donna Bell.

Leaders: Glenda Collins 100 (dedicated to Lois Bowman); Mary Jo Shafer 163b, 82t, 33b; Lewis Norton 75, 338, 208 (in memory of Gertrude Norton).

RECESS

Pearl Guier conducted the memorial lesson. Louise Holland led 63 in honor of the following sick and shut-ins: Sylvia Holland, Lonnie Rogers, George Garner, and Renea Campbell.
