The annual Sacred Harp singing held at Sardis Church on the fourth Sunday in March was called to order by John Merritt leading 572 and 176t. The morning prayer was offered by Richard Mauldin.

The following officers were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—John Merritt; Vice Chairman—Travis Keeton; Arranging Committee—Brenda Merritt; Secretary—Margaret Keeton.
