Minutes of Sacred Harp Singings

The eleventh annual Cincinnati New Year’s Day Singing was held at Walnut Hills Christian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Eloise Clark called the class to order leading songs on pages 45t and 34b. Linda Coppock offered the opening prayer.

Visitors from Louisville brought a carton of “Cooper Books”, so we were able to sing several selections new to the Cincinnati singers.

The class organized with the following officers elected to serve: Chairman—Rich Overturf; John Bealle—Arranging Committee; Secretary—Sheryl Pockrose.
